When you place an order, we collect certain information, including the items purchased, the date and time of the transaction, its instructions, and the points you have collected or rewards or promotions you redeem as part of a loyalty or rewards program. We use this transaction information to fulfill your order, update your rewards, detect and prevent fraud, personalize your experience, perform analytics and/or identify usage indicators, and inform our advertising and marketing teams. Correspondence, sharing and other content. We save all communications and conversations resulting from your interactions with us or our delivery partners via email, phone, mail, or chat. With your prior permission, we may access your photos or contact list from your mobile phone, Facebook Messenger account, or email account to enable you to share content or promotions or invite your friends to connect with our services, including through the referral and referral program. We may also use aggregate personal information for the purpose of complying with applicable regulations and instructions, market analysis, research, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes as long as the final product does not identify you or any other user of the services.

If your facility - for example - is a company, university, or organization and participates in one of our programs, we may receive your information from our other partners in the program for the purpose of processing your accounts or preparing invoices. We may also receive additional information from our external partners; such as fraud detection information, which is compared with and combined with other information we have about you. All of this information - whether it comes from affiliated entities or a third party - we use to create your accounts, to communicate with you, and to send you advertising or promotional materials. We may also use it to customize our services provided to you, to protect against account takeover attempts and malware, or to improve our understanding of the demographic characteristics of users.       We share personal information with third-party data analytics providers to better understand the demographic characteristics of our Platform users and visitors, and to personalize, enhance, and improve our Platform and Services.

      We share personal information relating to joint marketing activities, developing personalized and targeted marketing campaigns with third parties to launch promotions and to deliver similar advertising activities, for example: Promotional partners.       We provide, through the Services, certain features that may enable you to post information and materials, for example, ratings, reviews, photo uploads and chat functionality.
